Kyle wants to taste test tea

Kyle was over and wanted to taste test some tea....

He went to my tea cupboard and started to open up my tea canisters and smelling them.  He decided to try them based on smell.

This one, he was not too sure about.....

This one, he liked.  It was actually the favorite of all he tried.  I made him Chai with milk and frothed it up for him.

He found this tea from France and wanted to try it, but it was too flowery for him.

He then found my Willakenzie Lavender Mint tea - it was my favorite of the three.  But again, Kyle was not a fan of this one.

I put a little tea in each cup and then he tried them all and voted on them.

Thumbs up for the chai!

2- 2004 Misc Gaden Tea Parties

I love a good garden tea!  In 2004 we had two of them, and I was lucky enough to have a table or two at each ones to invite my friends along!

I had to tables for work friends from Mennonite Mutual.

Dad and Keith parked cars...

Friends from my job at MMIC and from my old job at SBT

The second tea our dearest friend, Krista, came from Cincinnati to help and be a part of the tea.

We set the tables up in the garage and then carry them into the yard.

Aunt Joyce always make her yummy lemon bread

Krista made her tea pot cookies with edible flowers

Here we have a friend from my new job at MMIC, a friend from my old job at SBT, and a friend from a church I used to attend OGBC

The English Store, Peach Apricot- white tea

I found this tea at the Massillon Discount Store for $1.09, it sells on line for over $5.00.  It always fun to find a bargain that so delicious!

Reminiscent of premium 2nd flush Darjeelings with a light fruit finish

The Peach Apricot Loose Leaf White Tea blend from English Tea Store is a paradise blend of fruit flavor. This delicious tea is enhanced with a blend of peach and apricot for natural sweetness.

My friend Dawn and I gave this tea a thumbs up. It is a light, delicate tea.  Do not have your water TOO HOT or steep for TOO LONG- you will bruise the leaves.

Kusmi Tea from France

I picked up some French tea while in France.  They had a very fun store- with samples to try.  Who doesn't like trying before they buy!

This tea company is originally from Russia, but is now located in Paris, France.  They also have a store in New York.

I have yet to try a tea I don't like....

feeling French!!!!!

I love the cloth/mesh bags too.  I can get 2-3 cups of tea out of each bag.

I picked up these French cookies in Salers France.  They are so good and go great with tea.
