REPUBLIC OF TEA Downton Abbey- Mrs. Patmore's Pudding Tea

A friend let me taste this tea.  I really like it!  Plus it is fun because it is Downton Abbey!!  I am a huge fan of the show.

This decadent dessert tea has the homemade flavors of vanilla sponge cake drizzled with rich caramel sauce. The full-bodied base of premium black tea lends itself well to a splash of milk, making it a perfect afternoon tea to partner with puddings, scones and shortbread.
Caffeine:
Black Tea has less than half the amount of caffeine per cup than in a similar-sized cup of coffee.

Steeping Instructions

Steeping black tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour water over tea and steep for 3-5 minutes if using a tea bag or full-leaf.

Ingredients

Black tea, sweet blackberry leaves, carob bits, natural caramel and vanilla flavor

The award-winning TV series, Downton Abbey® has entranced millions of viewers and become a modern media sensation. Every episode is an explosion of drama, relationships and intrigue. Downton Abbey is home to the aristocratic Crawley family and their servants. The first two seasons follow their lives from the sinking of the Titanic in 1912 through the First World War while the later seasons follow them into the early 1920s. From the pen of Academy Award® winner Julian Fellowes, Downton Abbey is the most watched drama ever on PBS!

Tetley the fish funds his home

Mk

I took my nephews to Petco on Saturday night to find a fish.  We were hoping to each pick out a small fish and put them together, but found out that I had to have a heated tank to get the fish we wanted.  So we settled on a Beta.

Kyle, the tiger, had been to the Smucker's Jelly Jamboree...we were afraid that the pet store may keep him- hahaha

The boys easily settled on this Male, Double tailed Beta

Tetley quickly adjusted to his home

Tetley does seem to like his tea cup home!!!!

I was soooo excited to get a package from my friend, Carma, in Toulouse France!!!  She sent me some tea from Paris!  I have no idea what it is- but it smells and tastes wonderful!

I looked on line- This may be the tea I got...

2009 Rely for Life Orrville Tea

I was going through a scrap book and found these photos, I could not find any others, just these.  But, I do remember in 2009 I helped put on a Tea for Rely for Life.  My mom left the ladies borrow tea sets and things so that they could put on this tea.  I wish I could remember how many people showed up or how much was raised, yet I can't remember.  I do remember it being a lot of fun working with the ladies and serving and making the food!

Dressed for a tea party!

Scones (and donuts) so good that you can't eat just one!!  You should, but you can't!!!  The office supplied these the other day and they were amazing!!!  Grab a cup of tea and before you know it the scone is gone!  Scones and tea are the best!

Country Salvage Kidron Ohio, tea

I went to one of my favorite salvage stores and hoped to find tea.  This store is on the Kidron Road between Kidron and Mt Hope

They were a low on tea the day I was there.  These shelves usually have lots of different kinds of tea and coffee, drinks.

If in the area you need to stop at the salvage store- they have all kinds of fun things there.

Then once you are there, you need to go to Lehman's Hardware!!!

Here I am at Lehman's Hardware... I am a little biased on how great this is, because Jay is my uncle, my mom's brother.  My dad has worked here for over 35 years, and I worked here for approximately 9 years.  They have a nice selection of tea too :)
