Okay, I have been taking this tea for 5 days and I have to say I feel better. I am shocked and was super skeptical!!!
I searched the internet for negative side effects of this tea and I could not find any. Everything seemed to point towards it was natural tea to help with aches, pains, and gout- to name a few things.
I have joint and arthritis issues, so I thought I would try it since a friend recommend it. She said it worked great for her and her tennis elbow and her mom loved it and was even selling it to her friends, lol.
My doctor is telling me I am a good candidate for partial knee replacements. I have arthritis in my neck and I am still recovering from shoulder surgery- but I have to say I feel good today and the achy level is very very low.
Easter weekend I suffered with being achy, migraines and nausea. I even left the Easter service and missed lunch with my family.
I ordered the tea the week before and it it showed up Monday. I started it that afternoon. I will admit the taste is not great, but I chugged it anyway. Tuesday I chugged more of it down.
Tuesday night I mowed for the first time all season. I was prepared to feel achy on Wednesday, but I woke up and was fine. And I also realized the nagging headache was gone too.
Wednesday night I went to the chiropractor and again I was ready to feel sore and stiff on Thursday, but I felt really good.
It's Friday and I am used to the taste of the tea and I really am not minding it.
I don't know if it is in my head or not, but I will continue to drink this tea...as long as I continue to feel like this.

This is an instant tea. They say you can do it hot or cold, but best results are in hot water. Also they say you can add sugar or honey, but I didn't need it. It does take some getting used too, and doesn't smell great. But, it does appear to be all natural.
I added the instant powder to 8oz of hot water.
I won't say this will work for everyone, I can only say I have been taking it for less than a week and I think I feel better.
Are you still drinking it? I had my first cup last night and it changed the color of my stool the next day to red. TMI I know, but was wondering if you or anyone you know who drinks it had similar results?
