Tea cup light up sign

I won a $25 Amazon gift card at work.  I knew exactly what I wanted...a light up tea sign.

I saw this $29 Tea Cup that could hang on my wall or in my window, I thought it would be perfect for my tea parties.

I hung it up at work the day I got it, just cause I thought it was so fun!

I am thinking of doing $3 lattes one or two nights a week.  Kind of like Krispie Kreme...for them when the light is on they have fresh donuts, but for me if the light is on I am selling tea.

I love my tea cup light!!!  It is perfect.

It fits my tea porch.....

5th Annual FREE Tea tasting

For the last 4 years I have been hosting FREE tea tasting in my home.  Today is the 5th annual one.  I invite anyone who wants to come over from 10:30-3.

It's all about coming and just trying tea.  No agenda, no sales, just tea and friendship.

I put out some treats to enjoy with the tea.

I grab cookies from World Market and Aldhi.

I did a Bubble Station with Taro Bubble Tea, Lavender Tea, Coconut, and Mango bubble tea.

I made London Fog's- with hot Earl Grey
and
I made London Clouds with Cold Earl Grey

I had a few pots of tea ready for people.  One of which was a Hazelnut Vanilla from Ohio Tea.

My mom popped in on her way out of town for a latte.

Megan was the first to show up- so she was trying all the iced teas...Butterfly Pea Tea,  Hibiscus, and Earl Grey.

I had over 20 people stop in through out the day for tea.

We had a full house of tea sippers.  Lots of laughing and sharing going on.

At one point, we ran out of seats in the dinning room....

So fun to sit around the table with friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family.  Sitting and enjoying a cuppa is always a great relaxing time.

This little man said his favorite was lemon tea.  So, made him his own special lemon tea.  He had fun adding honey to his cup, lol!!!

These cuties stopped by for tea too.

They came in the kitchen to watch me make a Pu-erh tea with oranges and ginger in it.

Earl Grey just came and went as he pleased, taking in all the tea excitment.

GINO Lavender Milk Tea

I love lavender!!!  Lavender and coconut are two of my favorite flavors in life.  I
love to eat these items, smell them, and my most favorite thing is to drink them.

Lavender can be overly perfumey and fake sometimes.  That is such a turn off to me.  This is not fake and has no perfume notes.

Ingredients:
Non-dairy Creamer (Plant based/lactose free), Sugar, Instant Black Tea Powder, Lavender Powder Extract, Flavor.

This tea comes from Taiwan and I love it!!  The flavors are so great.  And the great thing about getting it from Taiwan and having a non-English label, I have no idea the calories.  The lavender flavor is spot on, it is not perfumey or fake.

This tea is super easy to make, it is instant, so you just add water.

Milk tea has quickly become one of my new favorite kind of teas.  I find it warm and cozy.  And when creamer is used, I don't have to worry about the dairy issues.

Colectivo Coffee, Maple Spice Chai

Before heading back home to Ohio from Wisconsin, we made a tea run.

I went for the Maple Spice Chai.  The flavor was good, a little sweet- but it was a maple chai, so I expected that.  The price was okay, but I like to get a large for less that $6.  But, the flavors were good and the staff was super friendly.

This is a cute place.  It is within walking distance to my friends sister house.  This is my friends, brother-in-laws coffee shop.  They new him by name when we came in.

I was excited to try one of their fall drinks.

They also had some fun looking food.  I could see how this would be a great local hang out.

They also have nice outdoor seating as well.  Nice place!  I would go back.

Boba flight - Boba Bowl, Wooster Oh

I was in Wooster for a haircut and decided to try the bubble tea flight.

How great it a boba bowl flight?   I offer a bubble tea flight option with my home tea parties, so I was curious what their flights were like.  Mine are $3 a person, theirs were $9 a person.

My favorite was the coconut.  Then the lavender.  I did not think I would like the rose bubbles, but they were okay.  They were not overly flowery like I feared they might be.  Then the Peach and the Strawberry.

Flavors were nice.  I love the creative idea.  But, the price is a bit high for me.  I like the creativity, but I don't think I would ever do this again.  But, it was fun and you are paying for the experience.

It is great that downtown Wooster has this fun shop.  I hope they do really well.

They have different flights, which is clever.  This week it was these flavors.  I am not sure if it changes by the week or by the month.

The staff is friendly and helpful.
