Today we went to this Filipino restaurant.
I was in Erbil 10 days and had over 20 different teas, this was my favorite!!!
This cute little Filipino restaurant and tea shop is tucked in one of the cute streets of Ankawa.
This teas while in Iraq, was my FAVORITE one! I still can taste the creaminess of the pistachios. It was creamy and oh so good.
You all know that I don't like coffee. But, when in the Bazar someone was handing out pistachio coffee...I tried it and it was incredible. I did not buy any, but regretted it. I thought I would recognize the package, but I guess I was wrong...because I bought two different kinds of pistachio coffee and after I tried them I realized they were both not it. Maybe there is something about pistachios in Erbil?
But, I digress, the tea here at Best Avenue tea was really great. The flavors played very well together. It was not overly sweet. The bubbles were good too. They were not overly chewy or sticking together. The price was good, the cafe was clean, and the gal running it was very friendly and helpful. I am a fan!!
10 As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: 11 whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
