LAUGHING MAN TEA French Lemon Ginger

Ahhh, Robin did it again!  She found some fun new teas for me to try!  Charlie came to work with three bags of tea. The first one I tried was this Laughing Man Tea.  Boy, was I shocked when Robin said that this was from Hugh Jackman's tea shop!  I immediately had to go to the website.    I became a Hugh Jackman fan when I saw the movie Someone Like You- a movie he did with Ashley Judd.

I tried the Lemon Ginger Tea and I was a fan. The lemon was not overly strong and citrusy.  It was a nice mix.  I am a fan!  It might be a bit pricey for tea, but then remember it goes for a good cause.

love getting bags of teas from Robin.  The guys at work give me a hard time about having this bags of suspicious looking "weeds" on my desk.  They do not know what they are missing by not joining me in drinking these teas!!!!

Running Hugh Jackman’s Coffee Company

Hugh Jackman is an actor, a dancer and an awards host. (Heck, he’s even Wolverine!) So why did he help start Laughing Man, a small coffee and tea company in the crowded, caffeinated land of New York City? The answer lies in Jackman’s humanitarian work, Paul Newman’s legacy and his longtime friendship with Barry Steingard, a former coffee wholesaler and café owner.
In 2009 Jackman traveled to Ethiopia as part of his work with the relief nonprofit World Vision. There he met with farmers, including a man named Dukale, who was trying to diversify his crops and join the global Fair Trade coffee market.
Back in New York, Jackman met up with longtime friend Barry Steingard, who mentioned that he and his son, David Steingard, were getting back into the coffee business. Jackman saw an opportunity, and asked if they wanted a partner.

ABOUT US
It's not our story we want to tell. They story we want to tell is how you and I made the efforts necessary to give individuals the opportunity for freedom, dignity, livelihood, and laughter. How we each participated in whatever way we could to look out for the person next to us. Did we create something to solve a problem? Did we create a company that is willing to share its success? Did we simply choose to buy something that has a mission over something that does not? With Laughing Man, you don't need to be anybody but yourself to make a difference.
Hugh Jackman and I wanted to start something that recognizes the power of entrepreneurship, ingenuity, livelihood, and access to such opportunity. Laughing Man Worldwide helps entrepreneurs help humanity by creating and developing new business, and in return for that help, Laughing Man worldwide receives some ownership. 100% of Laughing Man Worldwide revenue goes back to education, community development and new business development. We don't ask for charity. We ask for ideas, believers, and support from you to welcome our products into your home.
Laughing Man Coffee & Tea is the first venture under this model and 50% of Laughing Man Coffee & Tea goes back to Laughing Man Worldwide to further its mission. Every day, the Laughing Man team works hard to build a great company for its customers and keep doors open for others. Every day is unchartered territory, but if we succeed as a company that you trust and respect, we succeed in our effort to hold the door open for the next person.

The rest of the story is up to you and me. What is the next Laughing Man venture? Who is the next person to believe in ALL BE HAPPY? When you look back, what kind of vision do you wish you pursued? Our vision is simple may all be happy, mal all be free of disease, may all have wellbeing and none suffer misery of any kind.
KLM,
David Steingard, CEO
