I found this tea at World Market. I love shopping their tea isle and seeing what new products they have. Taro is a root vegetable. I had been saying it was a purple potato- But I was wrong! It is just a root vegetable. Either way, I am fan of it!
This is an Authentic Taiwanese Milk Tea.
The flavor of the tea was great. The bubbles were not great- they were overly squishy. I could not get past the texture. The sugar is also way higher than I would want. So based on the sugar and the taste of the bubble- I am giving it 3 teacups. But, if you are only looking for good Taro flavor- you will like this tea.
