Ohio Tea Company, Lemon Ginger Tea

Here is another Ohio Tea that we carry at my work.  I am a big fan of all the ingredients in this tea but licorice.  Sadly, the licorice was too strong for me.  But, others at work are enjoying it.

You never know what tea you might not be a fan of, someone else loves.  I love the uniqueness of  all of us.  God made us all different and that is so cool.  Remember just because you don't like something doesn't mean it is necessarily bad or wrong. I am glad not everyone is like me, lol!

Ingredients:

Organic: lemon peel, lemongrass, ginger, licorice, spearmint

The lemon and mint notes are really nice in this tea.  You also get some heat of the ginger on the back of your throat which is fun.  But, the licorice is also in the notes, so for me this tea on is only a 3. It is still a nice tea, but just not for me. But, again, others in the office really do like it a lot.

Mr and Mrs Kit-Tea Steepers

How adorable are these guys??

We had sunshine buddies at work.  We were to encourage them with kind words, notes, or small gifts.  My buddy knew I loved tea and cats and got me these tea steepers.  They are so fun, I love them.

Add the tea to the bottom half and then fasten together and then steep your tea.

Muggswigz Coffee and Tea and some thrift store tea finds

I was out shopping with a friend today.  We had fun checking out thrift shops- I got some fun new clothes and some teapots.  We were looking for something to drink at the end of the day that was more than the lady in green.

We went to the local place, Muggswigz.  They has some nice selections of tea and even some holiday specials.

Sorry this photo is a little hard to read, I have the wrong angle here.  But, you can see that each barista has picked their favorite drink...I do think this is super clever!

I ordered the holiday chai.  The price was a high, but it was less than some of the other speciality teas that they carry there.  Some of the special teas were over $7.00

The staff was friendly, but not overly helpful on the teas they had and the flavors.  The prices were a bit high and the flavors were just okay.  I am only giving them 3 teacups since the over all experience was just medicore.

Here are two of my favorite thrift store finds...copper teapot that holds my basil.

...and these little teapot to hold these little roses.

Use your imagination and have fun with teapots!
