Well, I did it...I gave in and bought a stirring mug after watching a video on line. But, wait, I do love it and I have used it almost every day for 8 days.
I admit at first I was nervous about the magnetic in the bottom that can be removed, but it is very secure. You can shake the mug and the magnet is not coming out.
It is super easy to charge, clean, and use.

For me it is perfect for making matcha. I have been making matcha daily now. I used to get out my matcha bowl, my whisk, and then a cup, but then I also had to wash all those items when I was done. This is all that in one cup and the taste is the same.
Sure, you don't get the uniqueness of the whisk and bowl...and for matcha classes I will definitely use that method. It's tradition and it's fun. Yet, for mornings at work, I can make my matcha a lot faster and cleaner.
I add my matcha to the bottom of the mug, then my hot water to just cover the matcha then I put the lid on and click the button on the handle and boom, I have matcha!!!
Next, I add my oat, almond, or coconut milk. I put the lid on again and click the button and I have my matcha. And it even froths it. I complete my latte with ice and I am go to go.
It is fantastic!!! I highly recommend this to people who drink matcha or do any kind of instant drink I also have used it with instant chai mixes- saves me using a spoon or stir stick. It is so fun too.
Be sure to put the lid on when you stir though, hahahahahaha
For $20 I think it is worth it. The charging is super easy too. A USB charger that is a magnetic that attaches to the bottom of the mug handle.
