Creamy, nutty infusion with soft, spicy undertones

I really enjoy this tea, it has a hint of coconut that lingers.  I add milk to this black tea and I think it makes it even better!  The description says it has spicy undertones, but I would not call this tea spicy.  When I think of spicy undertones I think of more of a Chai tea, this to me does not have the strength of a Chai tea.  I love Chai and that spice.  Don't get me wrong, this tea is great too, but I just would not say spicy.  If has more of the coconut and sweeter taste (the sweeter taste may come from the pineapple that is in the tea).  I recommend you try a cup.  If you live in my area, I would be happy to let you try mine :)

Ollies, LIPTON TEA & HONEY


I was out with my sister for my birthday.  We went to Ollies.  I love Ollies!!  Have you ever been?  They have household products, food, books, and more at discounted prices. I found this Lipton tea that I want to try....




I decided to bring in the Blueberry & Pomegranate Tea & Honey mix to try at work.





 It makes 2 quarts....So, I set it out and asked my co-workers to try it and let me know what they thought of the mix.

I received all positive response.  I think I was the only one who did not care for the after taste.  It had almost a "fake" sugar after taste.  I looked to see if it had aspartame, stevia, or one of those "sugars" in it, but it did not appear too. Maybe I was just not used to the honey in it?  But several people said that they thought it was very good.

Bottled Teas, Inko's White Tea

Look at what was on sale... PURE LEAF TEA... Peach Tea $1.00! This tea is good, it probably falls in the top 5 of bottled drinks for me.  I was happy to see at Buelhers on sale.  I bought 5 of them.  And when I think about it, I cringe...I just spent $5.00 on drink!  I need to make my own tea and it would have no sugar and cost soooo much less!


There 3 drinks pictured above are my THREE favorite bottled drinks.  I really try not to drink soda any more.  And I really try not to drink these bottled drinks anymore either because of the sugars...and the price.  The past summer I discovered a solution to that problem!  Sugar free bottled tea for .25!  The trick is to find it in stock any more.

Inkos White Tea I like to get at Kidron Discount Store for .25!!!  4 for a $1.00. 
I was able to purchase this tea twice.  The first time I was not sure I would like it so I only bought 4.  Then I tried it and at first I did not like it, then after the second bottle I thought, I really do like this.  I think it is an acquired taste- first because there is no sugar, and second because it is white tea and that is more delicate.  I went back the second time and bought 2 cases.  And when at .25 a bottle I should have purchased more.  I have been back several times and they have never had it since.  That is the thing with salvage stores, you never know what you will get.

ST DALFOUR Golden Peach Tea




I struggle to find a really good peach tea.  If you have read any of my blogs that are about hot peach tea you will probably hear me say it does not have a strong peach taste.  Well, this is the first one I have really liked.  The flavor is very peachy...literally!  I really enjoyed it. 
I also enjoyed the instructions on the bag.  I have never read anything like them.  It says, "Immerse tea bag for 1 minute (standard), 2 minutes (Strong), 3 Minutes (with milk)."  I thought that was nice too add.  Since it was a black tea I would have just steeped it 3 minutes. But, since I was not adding milk I only steeped it for 3 minutes.  Nice of them to add that to the bag!

Bombay Sitar Indian Masala Tea


I have found I like certain teas with certain foods.  I think I am becoming more and more of a tea snob!
I feel like I acutally know how to pare things together like people who drink wine and want certain wines with certain meats.  Well, I have discovered that I like Chai tea with Indian food.  And the best Indian food near me is Bombay Sitar in Canton.  They have great food and really good Masala (Chai) tea.  You get 1 refill of tea.  The cost of the tea is $1.95
