Shaka Hawaiian Tea, Pineapple Mint

I was at World Market the other day, one of my ALL time favorite places to find fun new and unique teas.  They had these Shaka teas...normally $3.49 on sale for $1.99 with 55% off- they ended up being .63!!!

I had Guava in the past and it was too sweet for me. I thought I was buying 1 lemon and 5 Pineapple Mint, but instead I had 1 Guava and 5 Pineapple Mint.  I am glad it was only 1 Guava.

I really enjoyed the Pineapple Mint.  It is a great mix of mint and pineapple.   I found it refreshing and unique blend of flavors.  The sweetness of the pineapple I get right up front, where as the mint gets me as the after taste.

Ingredients: Brewed māmaki tea with hibiscus (filtered water, hibiscus, Hawai’i-grown māmaki), monk fruit juice concentrate, natural pineapple flavor, natural spearmint extract.

Pique Sacred Lily Oolong - tea crystals

From the website:
Wuyi Mountain oolong variety with roasted notes
Sustained energy to power through your day
Support digestion and daily immune function
No added anything – free of preservatives, sugar and artificial sweeteners
Triple Toxin Screened for pesticides, heavy metals and toxic mold

This oolong was bold and reminded me of a dark oolong.  I picked up on the roasted notes too.  It seemed like a pretty straight forward oolong, where I tend to like ones with little floral note.  It is good, but maybe not my favorite.  I will drink it again when I need a power up.

I do love that there are not sugars or sweeteners in the tea. The tea package is super easy to open and use.

Shangri La Mango Iced Tea

One bag contains 6 filters. Each filter can brew up to two quarts of iced tea.

I love iced tea and I saw this tea and decided to try it.

It is super easy to make.  The iced tea bag is already set to go.  You put in a pitcher with some sugar and hot water and let it steep, then add cold water.

I add not quite 1/4 cup of sugar to my tea.  Then I add hot water and let it steep for 5-10 minutes.  I pull out the tea bag and fill the rest of the pitcher with cold water and put in the fridge for later.

This tea is really good.  It has a nice Mango flavor.  I am pleased.
