Rudy Whistle Pottery

I know I have shared about my friends pottery, but here I go again!  I am so proud of her.  She is rocking it!!!  I visited her studio the other day...she lives right near me, which could be very dangerous, lol.

I had some friends with birthdays coming up, so I picked up some mugs for them.  Then I picked up some pumpkins for my mom, my sister and I.  They are adorable!!!!

Need a gift for you or a friend, check out her pottery!

This mug is super fun.  My friend says she loves to warm her hands on it while she drinks.

The shape on colors on this one are unique and fun!

This little guy has a hole where the straw goes!!!!!  I love her creativity.

This sunflower beauty is staying with me! You need to check out her pottery.  She is so talented!

Like her Facebook and/or Instagram page!!  She is constantly adding new pieces, keep watch.  She is also doing craft shows and markets.

Special Tea - Chili Truffle and Artic Fire Iced Teas

Here is more tea I picked up at the discount store the other day.  These packs were half price, so I got them for .50!!  I bought them out of all they had.

My favorite is this first one, Chili Truffle.

Ingredients: Black tea, cocoa, natural and artificial flavor, rose pepper, white chocolate (sugar, wholemeal crisps (wholemeal wheat flour, wheat starch, wheat germs, sugar, salt), cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soyalecithine, bourbon vanilla), chili. CONTAINS: SOY (SOY LECITHIN), WHEAT, MILK, (WHOLE MILK POWDER).

This iced tea is not like anything else I have ever had.  The black tea is nice and smooth, then you get this chocolate notes and then this pepper kick.  It is really a great iced tea.

***The one thing I would note is that these tea bags are super thin.  Once they get wet you have to be careful when taking them out of the pitcher.  I had one tear on me and then I had to strain the loose leaf tea out of the pitcher.  So, just watch then when you remove the bag of wet tea.***

For only the second time ever I am giving a tea 5 out of 5 cups!!!  This was had a bit of chocolate and then a kick of pepper.  I loved it.  I took some to work and shared and my co-worker loved it as well.

These iced teas are super easy to make!!  Basically heat water, add the tea bag and a little sugar and you are good to go.

I also purchased this Artic Fire tea.  It was good too and had some pepper in it, but it wasn't as unique and awesome as the Chili Truffle Tea.

Artic Fire has a nice smooth black tea base that has a few fruity notes and then a hint of pepper that comes through at the end.  It is nice blend.

Ingredients: Black tea, cornflower petal, natural and artificial flavor, natural flavor.

This one was good too.  I gave it 4 out of 5 tea cups.

Jungle Jims Tea

*****With more than 200,000 square feet of shopping space in each of our stores, there are over 180,000 products from which to choose- How could you not love shopping here???**
I had been to Jungle Jim's one other time and I could not wait to go back.  They have the most unique and intriguing items.  And the tea, oh my, the tea!!!

So many teas, so little time!

Isles of tea!!!!!

I had so much fun checking out the international isles.  I think this is Taiwan section.  I bought some Oolong tea here.

Sadly, the kombucha bar was not open.  Last time I was here it was not open either.  Now, I think the goal is to go when the kombucha bar IS open.

I had fun!!!  So glad it worked to go over to the store.  I admit I spent about $50 on tea...and I may have taken some money out of my food envelope for tea.  But, that is okay I would rather eat PB&J for a meal or two and be able to try these teas!!

Jungle Jim is so huge!  Outside the store they have elephants and giraffes and some other animals.  I love it.

Here you can see the tea I came home with....

Tea from Sri Lanka

While in Cincy we went to the mall.  I was excited to see that there were some tea places to explore.  Kung Fu is chain tea store.  I was very pleased with the variety of drinks.  The prices were a bit high, but the flavors were very good.

I went for the Coconut Milk Tea with no bubbles.

Below is the machine that shakes the drink.

This is the machine that puts the lid on the cups.

I found the drink to be really great.  I love the coconut flavor.  It was milky but that was not over powering in any way.  The flavor is definitely coconut.  I highly recommend it.

For me this is almost a 4 and half tea cups.  The price is what keeps me from giving it 5 cups.  I just hate to pay over $4 for a medium tea.  But, I will say the flavors are on point.
