Okay, I love this matcha!!!
I actually bought it last year when David's tea was having their big sale. It took over a month to come, they were so busy with orders. But, I say it was worth the wait.
I was saving it for my May Matcha class, Passport to Tea 2023. I did a class on making Matcha and how the Japanese do their Chanoyu ceremony (Matcha Tea Ceremony)
I served this matcha for the 9 am class and we all loved so much, they agreed I should save it and not serve it to the 11 am class. So I didn't, lol!
I then took it to work and shared it with 6 or 7 co-workers. The matcha is now gone and I have to wait until the holidays to get it again. And there are 6 or 7 gals in the office who want it too. We can't wait for the holidays.
One scoop of matcha, whisked with a little hot water...water temp should not be over 175 degrees.
I whisk around the edges to get the matcha all dissolved and then I whisk in a zig zag motion until I get the foaming bubbles on top.
I then add ice and oat milk.
I also made it once at home. I made it the easy way- in the forther.
I dissolved the matcha in some water and then added it to oat milk in the frother.
