DaVinci Tea Mango Dragon Fruit

I am always looking for new teas to try.  I discovered this one at Walmart the other day.  I have to say I really love it.  I don't go half and half for two reasons.  One I want the tea to go further, the other is so that there are not as many calories in the tea.

I love the mango and dragon fruit flavors.  It really reminds me of being on vacation.  Its super fruity and delicious.  I tried the watermelon lime tea and it wasn't for me., but that is not to say you won't like.  We all have different taste buds.

I have purchased this tea multiple times and I have noticed the price keeps going up. I still think it is worth it.  I get 7-8 cups of tea out of the box

You probable recognize DaVinci from the syrups they sell.   Their syrups are in a lot of cafes.  Their flavors are right on point.  So it should not surprise you that the flavors in this tea are on point too.

I give this four tea cups, but only because of the sugar in it!!  I really try to water the tea down, but I still get the great flavors.  I love the fruity notes from this green tea.  This tea is a winner for me...even though I can not say it is healthy for you, lol.

Surehouse, Autumn Spice Chai Latte

It was my turn to get the Chai's today for the group of us at work.  We love these chai's.  I wanted the pumpkin chai- but they were out of the pumpkin puree.  I need to go back now and try it, lol.

The autumn spice comes as a coffee and a chai, make sure you specify which you want.  One time we all ended up with Autumn Spice Coffee- but I have to say it was my first ever coffee that I enjoyed.

I am loving the plant hanger...super cute idea.  My friend Rachael is making our Chai's....she rocks the drinks!!!!

It is a beautiful day...this is at my office. I love the sunrise when I come to work.  It is like God paints me a new picture every morning.

I wish my office faced this field...maybe I can see if they will let me work in the parking lot.

It is a great fall day here in Orrville.  It is beautiful!!

Could not help myself- I needed a midweek pick me up.

This is a great chai. The fall spices are perfect.  I would recommend not getting oat milk- the oat milk tends to overpower the chai a bit.  I really enjoy this drink hot.

Ohio Tea, Raspberry Beret Tea

I absolutely love that my office lets me buy tea for the office.  One of my all time favorite companies is the Ohio Tea Company.  They are located less than 30 minutes from my house.  They are wonderful people and I love their teas.

If you are not familiar with them, you need to check out their website!  They have hundreds of teas, over 400 loose leaf teas, tisanes, and herbs to be exact.  They all ship the tea for free in the US, if you are only buying tea.  If you buy other items there is a shipping fee.

I really enjoy their raspberry beret tea.  It is nice black tea with raspberry notes.  This tea is great warm and cold.

This is a black tea so I make the water over 200 degrees.  I also recommend steeping for 3 minutes.

If you decide you want to make this tea cold, it is even easier.  Take a teaspoon of tea, add it to the tea bag and then put in cold water.  You can add cold water to the tea several times a day.  Since you are not heating the tea the tannins are not releasing and you never get bitter flavors.

Not only do you get a quality tea but it is also super affordable.  The tea is $4.25 an ounce.   You get great raspberry notes from the freeze dried raspberries that are in the tea.

Howe Meadow, Cuyahoga Falls, Storehouse Tea

My girl friends and I were supposed to have a girls getaway for our 50th birthdays.  Things fell through, but my friend, Jodi, and I decided to still go out Saturday.  We stayed close to home and headed to Cuyahoga Falls.   We saw that there were some markets and festivals that we could check out.

I was super excited to see that Storehouse Tea was at this market.  I have tried Storehouse Tea several times, but have never been to their store or met the owners.  Storehouse Tea is an Ohio based tea company.

They were selling cups of tea, which was nice.  I wanted to try Apricot Oolong and it was a little chilly that day.  In talking to the owner she asked if I was Karen.  I said I was Kerrie.  She said she recognized me from my blog.  I have to say that made my day!!  Actually my week.  Someone I had never met before knew me from my blog!!

Oolong is my favorite of the teas.  Their oolong was very nice.  I enjoyed the apricot notes.
from their website, "Delicate green oolong infused with the freshness of sweet apricots, smooth, fruity and floral. Prized for its antioxidant content and metabolism-boosting properties."

Jodi and I enjoyed walking around and checking out the other vendors.  I really enjoy a good farmers market.

After the market we visited a few other festivals and markets.   I met this adorable alpaca in Solon and I also tried to do a little ax throwing here.

Fall in Ohio is a great place for markets and festivals!!

Ohio Tea Company, Harvest Sage

This would be my favorite tea from Ohio Tea in 2021.  Oolong is my favorite kind of tea already and then you add sage and lemongrass to it and you get a homey, warmth in a mug.  It to me is like Thanksgiving, I think it is the sage- it reminds me of stuffing...but in a really good way.

Because this is an Oolong tea you don't want your water too hot.  I usually keep it around 180 degrees.  I also don't steep over 3 minutes.

While steeping the tea you get the sage smells and I think it is great.  You get that smell because they add real pieces of sage.

I also love using my #RudyWhistlePottery mug.  My friend makes pottery and she rocks it!!!

I give this tea four out of five tea cups.  This tea has great flavor.  The notes of sage come through first and then you get the lemongrass.  The price is great too, $4.75 an ounce.  Ohio Tea has outstanding teas for fantastic prices. This tea gives you a cozy feel.

Update- I have since bought this tea and I am loving it.
