Today I made Lemon Poppy Seed Scones, it says it makes 8. But I don't make mine as big as them, I guess because I made 18!!! The recipe calls for yogurt, I use lemon yogurt, I think it makes them so much better. My parents tried them today, and they both said they were very good!!! I have made them before and added blueberries and that makes them very yummy too.
All you need is: the mix, 4 Tbs butter, 3 Tbs 1% milk, and 6 oz Yogurt.- very quick and easy!!!
