Matcha Latte with raspberry cold foam and edible butterfly

The other day at a tea truck I had these incredible raspberry matcha latte.  I knew immediately that I had to recreate it.

I used my Arbonne Matcha, raspberry syrup, almond milk, whipping cream, and edible butterflies.

To make matcha I put the matcha in the bowl, add enough hot water to dissolve the matcha and I whisk.

Showing my cousin how I whisk the matcha.

Explaining that after I whisk. I pour the matcha in the cup, add the almond milk, and ice.

Thanks, cousins, for humoring me in my love of tea.

I then froth the whipping cream with the raspberry syrup and pour it on top of the matcha. And then I add the butterfly.

I found these incredible water/matcha glasses for .13 each!!!  They were half price at Mission Thrift.  My mom and I think that they may be real crystal.  They are super heavy. I am having fun using them for matcha right now. I will also keep them around for tea classes as well.

Cheers!

Play with your matcha.  You can make this matcha latte in any flavor!!  You can add fresh fruit as well.  I have used strawberries and blueberries in my matcha it always a great addition.

10 As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: 11 whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
