Robin hit a home run with this tea.  I was so excited to have Charlie show up with 3 bags of tea.  I told Robin my new favorite flavor was Jasmine, so on Friday she sent Charlie in with Jasmine Pearl Tea.  HOME RUN!!!  I loved it!  It is not only beautiful- seriously this tea is beautiful, but it smells great, and taste incredible!  It may be my favorite Jasmine tea to date!

In northern Fujian Province, China, Jasmine Pearls are produced using just the bud of the tea bush. Harvested in spring and pan fired to neutralize their oxidizing enzyme, the slender green buds are stored until July. Then the tea is hand rolled into tiny pearls and placed amidst just-picked jasmine. This scenting process is repeated five times before the spent jasmine is removed to create the finest tea.

Ingredients
Full leaf China green tea scented with jasmine blossoms.

Preparation
For best flavor, bring freshly drawn filtered water to 190 degrees. Steep three minutes. Flash a pearly smile.
