Vintage Tea set for play time

My friends, Kathy and Ken passed away.  They were a dear couple to me.  Super supportive of me and my writing.

My other friends were cleaning the house and they saved this for me.  It was a tea set that Kathy got in 1956 as a Christmas gift.

It's so sweet.  And in such great condition- the tea set, not the box it came in.

I tossed the box, but saved the tea set to save for when kids come over to play...or come to a tea and get bored.

I have four tea sets now for kids to play with when they come visit.

I picked up this fun basket at MCC that all the tea items fit in, which is super handy as well.

I have this fun wooden set too.  Target had wooden espresso makers for $5.  I picked one up cause who knows when you want to make a Dirty Chai, lol.

And what kid doesn't love playing with tea...I know I sure did!

The tea sets have already been tested and approved by Mollie!

1 Peter 4:10-11, ESV

10 As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: 11 whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
