At the Asian grocery store, Park to Shop, they have fun tea items.

These teas were on sale...but two for the price of one.
I love milk tea, so I was excited to try these.
I also took them to work and shared with three co-workers. My one friend liked them so much she asked me to buy more when I was up there again.
With the sale price they were $1 a cup.
I started first with the Taro Milk Tea.
I opened the cup, expecting just to find the powered tea inside. However, inside was the powered tea, a straw, and jellies!
I poured the taro power into the cup.
Added hot water and stirred.
Then I added jellies.

I am giving this drink 4 teacups. The flavor was good. The price was good. The reason for the 4 teacup review was the sugar. There is always so much sugar in these instant drinks. That is why I actually do prefer to make it on my own.
My Recipe-
Hot water, mix of Ceylon and orange Pekoe tea. Steeped for about 10 minutes, then I pulled the tea back and forth. Then I add evaporated milk into the cup, about 1/3 of a cup, and then filled the rest of the cup with the black tea.
I love egg tarts! Egg tarts and milk tea go really well together.
I took the egg tarts to work to share too. Everyone loved them. At the Asian Grocery Store you can get 15 egg tarts for $4.95!
The milk tea is just as good as the Taro tea.
10 As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: 11 whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
