I did a tea class once with LincWay and I really enjoyed it. They did a great job, that is one reason I was super excited to partner with them this time.
When I went to the tea we we painted tea cups.
I had a lot of fun deciding what fall teas to make and serve at this tea. I finally decided on my four hot tea and one iced...but it took a lot of tea sampling.

LincWay in Dalton has a lot of great options for things to do!!!
I was able to set up the room the night before.
These rooms can be divided and rented out by the hour or the day. Since we had 25 people sign up, we had the rooms open as one giant room.
The night before I set out the tea cups, the tea menu and got the photo booth area ready.
I also set up the tea areas. It was so nice to get this completed the night before!! I was able to see what I might be missing and also I did not have to think about it all night.

I then came in Saturday morning and started making the tea. I did two pots of each tea to start with.
LincWay did a fantastic job with the food too. They had a nice variety of items on the plate.
The Tea Spot, Pumpkin Spice Chai (Black) black tea, cinnamon, ginger, green cardamom pods, allspice, cloves, black pepper, pumpkin flavoring. For a Chai Latte- add flavored syrup and milk- good hot or iced.

My friend Amy from work came.
Stacey and Leah who used to come to my church also came to the tea.
We had 25 sign up.
Playing with my chai demo's....
I showed the people how to make a hot chai and an iced chai. I also showed how to make a template design on top. I have not yet mastered the art of latte art.
My friends Taylor, Jason, and Annette from church also came. It was super fun to hang out and interact with them.
This father and daughter came and seemed to have a really good time.
My dad helped me make an iced tea dispenser with a fake pumpkin. I then added a wine bag dispenser.

Delight gave a talk on how to paint/glaze the ornaments.
They had lots of fun ornaments to pick from....
The paint room has a great selection of items to paint/glaze. You can come in when they are open any time and paint.
So many fun options!
Everyone seemed to have a great time painting.
I even painted an ornament. Mine is a "to go" cup.
A week later you could pick up your ornament...I think they turned out great!!
We also had the photo area that people use for photos together.
Jason and I had a great time posing...
These cousins are adorable!
