Bright Bubble, Dirty Chai, Canal Fulton

I was in Canal Fulton for my Wednesday Wanderings, so I decided to try Bright Bubble.

They have a nice selection of tea.

They make it really easy to see how to build your bubble tea, if that is what you want to order bubble tea.

As you can see they don't just have tea.

This is a nice clean shop.  The staff was really friendly and helpful.

I ordered Dirty Chai, which is chai with a shot of espresso.

I would say this was a nice chai.  The espresso was a little strong, but overall I liked it.  I thought the prices were good and the staff was really helpful.  I would definitely go back and try other drinks.
(on a side note, I got my friend an iced coffee and she loved it!)

Bridal Shower Tea

I have bridal shower tea coming up, so I was matching the tea cups and saucers.  I was told they expected 75-100.

Since it was come and go, I decided I wouldn't need 100 tea cups and saucers, we could wash them if we needed more.

I had fun going through all my cups and saucers and making sets...I was shocked to realize how many I actually had.

My mom, the world's best tea assistant, came along to help.  I could not have kept up with everything with out her!!!

We had a table with cups and saucers for guests to pick out what dishes they wanted to use.

They then had a tea stand for me to use.  It was so nice to put out my teapots and the iced tea on the stand.

The tables looked great.  The bride to be made candles out of teacups she picked up at second hand stores, set out teapots, fresh flowers, books and then had fresh cut fruit.

A plus of working a tea like this, I usually get some food too, lol.  I told my mom to eat up, because there was her pay.  The food was excellent everything was home made.

The food was incredible.....

Even more tasty food!

Let me know if you would like tea at your next event!

Maybe a wedding, graduation party, baby shower, bridal shower, office picnic, church picnic, family gathering, book club, Bible study, etc.  I can bring the tea to you.

For educational teas for groups over 20 people I charge $8 a person.
Over 50- $7 a person and over 100 - $6 a person.

Mohana Ramen & Boba Tea, Plum Oolong with Cheese foam

Wednesday Wanderings brought me to Canton on Valentines Day.

I decided to try the Ramen restaurant as I had never been to one before.

There were so many options for the Ramen.  I decided to go basic and then I added squid.  I also was trying to stick to a budget.   The food was good, but I hate to pay over $10 for a lunch - especially when there are no left overs.

They had a lot of drink options as well.  I love oolong, so I thought I would try the plum oolong.
I was a bit disappointed with the oolong tea, it was over steeped and a bit bitter.

The ramen was tasty, but I would like a little more flavor in my broth.  It felt everything was added when I ordered to a plain broth.  If I ever got it again, I would get it to go and put it in the fridge for another meal, letting the flavors blend.

Obviously, I wasn't too upset about the broth, I finished it all, lol!

Overall, I think for me it was fun and unique experience, but for the cost and lack of flavor in the broth and the over steeped tea, I don't think I will go back.

I decided to try the mochi donuts, they were tasty.

Plum oolong cheese foam tea - I am giving 2 teacups.  The oolong was over steeped, the price was a little high.  The cheese foam was fun though.
Cheese foam is made with cream cheese, it’s like a foamy, mousse cheesecake.  You sorta eat the foam as well as drink the tea

I enjoyed a Ube Mochi Donut the next day.
