Violas Farewell Meal with blue matcha tea

I selected Violas for our farewell dinner, just based off their photos online.

I am SO glad I did!  This place did not disappoint.

The cover of the menu is just what the cafe looks like.
This was less than a 10 minute walk from our hotel.  It is located in Covent Gardens.

It is small restaurant, I would definitely make reservations.

Lots of drink options.

I did the 3 courses for 29£.  Everything was incredible!

I ordered the blue matcha with edible flowers....  very tasty!
Blue matcha is ground butterfly pea blossoms- it is caffeine free.

I started with the butternut squash, then moved to the Truffle Pasta for the main course

I ended with their fresh donuts- which is their specialty.

We had a cozy little table in the back.  It was warm and our only problem was getting more water, lol.  They seemed very busy, but the food was excellent.

The farewell dinner was included in the tour package!

This was a great little place to visit.  The food and tea was great!  The staff was friendly, the place was clean.  I would definitely go back again.

We’ve already done the hard leg work and recommend these fun tea adventures and ask you to try a new one with us- the River Thames Afternoon Tea cruise.
The days for each activity may change, but this is the itinerary we have planned.

This is a day by day journal of your tea trip to England. See exactly what is planned for each day and journal as you go. Keep track of key memories.

Enjoy afternoon tea on Brigit's Tea Bus, a river cruise down the Thames, at Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey), in Bath at the Jane Austen Regency Center, at Kensington Palace, and at Fortnum and Mason.
