Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Tea

I may have a new favorite tea.  This one is light and so refreshing!!

White tea, sechung oolong, cinnamon, hibiscus, rose hips, oranges, rock sugar, vanilla, strawberries, and flavoring

Ohio Tea has done it again.  They have come up with my new favorite.  This tea is unique and so good.  I get the sweetness of the strawberries and then the warming notes of the vanilla and cinnamon.

I have been making it iced and I think it is fantastic.  I shared with my mom and my friend Amy, and they both really liked it a lot.

For iced tea:
I take a scoop of tea for every 8 oz of water
(1 gal is 128 oz =16 scoops, but I don't usually use that much)
for a gallon I take 8-10 scoops of tea and put it in my tea steeper
I add water- this is a white and oolong tea, so my water temp is around 180 degrees
I steep for 10 minutes
Then put it my gallon jug with cold water, so I can drink it right away.

I don't add sugar to this one, it already has sugar added.  You can taste and see what you think.
