Visiting Storehouse Tea in Cleveland for an Open House

It was a gorgeous Friday to be out in Cleveland.  And I have to admit, I thought this was just a Storehouse Tea event- and that is why I drove an hour to get there.  I wanted to see Storehouse Tea.  This building is only open Tuesdays from 10am until 5pm, so I am never able to get there and visit.  But was thrilled to see it was all the shops in the Hildebrandt Building.

I jumped at the chance to go to the open house.

It was such a community neighborhood feel.  It was great to have the businesses open and be able to walk from one shop to the next.

The had the Cleveland "Land" sign there for photos.  Can you find me in the photo below to the right.  I don't think I stood in a good spot, lol.

Storehouse Tea is why I came!  They are in this incredibly cool old brick building!

The building is fun inside too.  I love the moose!!!!

They have a small shop, but they have it decorated very nicely.  They have their products around to buy.  I got some tea and some soap.

I met these two lovely ladies. And have to say I was excited when the one said, I don't know your name, but I know you from social media.  All my posts are working...I am getting my tea name out there!

They had a nice display of tea for us to see and smell.

They had teas for us to try.  Two hot teas and one iced.  It was really fun to try Apple and Harvest Moon has hot teas.  I have had the Apricot Blend, but never as an iced tea.  I think I will do it iced next time, it was really delicious.

I asked for an Earl Lavender sticker and they were so kind to give me one. Now I have it on a travel mug and it makes me smile when I see it!

Abby and I walked around the other businesses too.  It was such a great evening to be out.  Such a sense of community and neighborhood.

Below on the right is Ohio Glass, where my sisters and I blew glass ornaments last year.

Then we saw people eating in this fun big warehouse room.  It reminded me of a movie.  I asked if it was for VIP's or anyone.  They said anyone.

It was so fun to snack on hors d' oeuvres and see the art in the connecting rooms.

It was such a fun night.  I loved the vibe and hanging out.
