These sticks are great and so easy to use!! They are great hot or cold brewed. I heat the water, put in the stick and wait. Or pop the stick into a glass of ice water- you can re-fill the water multiple times through out the day. The stick kind of bobs in the cup. It is easy to pull out and then let the excess drip.
You can get two cups of tea out of this stick.
There is amazing mint flavor in this stick. Even after you take a sip you get that fresh minty flavor that lingers I love these sticks.
They come individually wrapped so you can carry them in your purse and have your tea on the go. There are lots of flavors.
